How do I find a CS2 team?

Look for a server that verifies Faceit level or Premier rating and has people in voice at your play time. Recruitment posts alone tell you somebody is looking, not that anybody is there.

CS2 communities

CS2 Discord servers are where Premier five-stacks, Faceit teams and pugs get organised. Valve's matchmaking offers no way to find consistent teammates, so every level of play above solo queue is arranged on Discord.

About CS2 communities

Counter-Strike has the oldest team culture of any game here, and its Discord servers show it. Pug communities with their own rules and admins, Faceit teams recruiting for a specific rank band, and long-running groups that have outlived several versions of the game.
