GTA communities
GTA Discord servers organise crews, heist groups and online lobbies. Rockstar's matchmaking cannot assemble four people who know what they are doing, so heist teams, crew recruitment and lobby coordination happen on Discord.

About GTA communities
GTA Online is a game where the difference between a good session and a wasted hour is whether the other three people know the plan. Discord is where that gets sorted — crews recruiting, heist teams forming, and lobbies coordinated so everybody joins the same one.
- How do I find a GTA crew?
- A server with people in voice now, and recruitment posts from this week rather than last year. Crews go quiet without disbanding, so recent activity matters more than the crew's stated size.
